A manuscript evaluation is a high-level analysis of your book, but with much less detail than a full developmental edit. It’s a service that will assess the strengths and weaknesses of a manuscript and provide feedback from an objective point of view.

A coached manuscript evaluation gives you the best of both worlds: proper editorial feedback plus a real conversation about what to do next. You get a professional read on your manuscript, then we talk it through together so you can make sense of the notes, sort the priorities, and move forward with a plan that actually feels doable.

How it works

• Send your draft a week or two before our session
• I’ll read it and identify the three to five biggest revision issues
• We’ll talk through everything on Google Meet and shape the plan together
• You’ll get written feedback
• If you need more help, you can book extra coaching or another evaluation
